Feature
1. The whole 304 316 stainless steel is precision cast, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, no burr on the surface, no holes, smooth.
2. The casting has a certain thickness to ensure the service life of the pump.
3. Built-in thermal protector, when the motor temperature rise reaches 120 degrees Celsius, the protector will automatically cut off the power supply, the pump will stop working. In the case of good water cooling, after 15~30 minutes, the protector will start the pump to start working.
4. Open impeller design, with very good anti-blocking and anti-winding effect. After our experiments, there is no problem in the septic tank.
5. It is equipped with authentic NSK bearings imported from Japan, with low noise and long life.
6. High-quality corrosion-resistant double-face mechanical seal to ensure dripping water does not leak, to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
WQP stainless steel sewage pump consists of two parts: water pump and motor. The motor is located in the upper part of the pump and is divided into single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motors.
A double-face mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used for each fixed seal seal for static sealing.
1. The pump of 304 material is suitable for use between working media PH4~10. Above this range, it is recommended to use 316 material.
2. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
3. The pump should be used within the applicable range of accessories with rated lift.
4. When the pump is running continuously for a long time, it is necessary to ensure that the pump is immersed in water and the pump should not fall into the mud.
5. The power frequency is 50HZ, the voltage single phase is 220V, the three phase is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9~1.1 times of the rated value.
