QSP、QSPFwater filled submersible pump

The water-filled submersible pump is made of stainless steel and is improved on the basis of a stainless steel submersible pump. It uses a 4-core cable and has grounding compared to a conventional submersible pump.

As the name suggests, when the fountain pump motor fails, the ordinary QY fountain pump will leak oil, which will bring unnecessary environmental pollution to the fountain pool, but the QSP type fountain pump adopts the water-immersed motor to rely on water accurately.

There is no such disadvantage. QSP fountain pump has become the special fountain for ornamental fountains in China's waterscape project. This pump adopts the patented body of our factory.

The product is developed according to the characteristics of waterscape engineering and the use of micro-corrosive environment. In addition to the traditional structural advantages of retaining QS products, the components are all made of stainless steel 304 structure. The water-filled structure is conducive to the cooling and lubrication of the motor and seal.

Application

1. It should be completely immersed in water, and the diving depth should be no less than 0.5 meters and no more than 5 meters.

2. The ambient water temperature should not be higher than 40 °C.

3. The volume of sand in the medium or the volume of solid particles insoluble in water does not exceed 0.1%, and the pH is 4~10. If it exceeds the recommended use of 316 stainless steel fountain pump or 316L stainless steel fountain pump.

4, the power supply should be three-phase 50 Hz, the rated voltage is 380 volts, the supply voltage must be guaranteed within the range of 342 ~ 420 volts.

5. It should be used within the applicable range near the rated head.

6. The corresponding starter protector should be configured for reliable grounding.
